AMD Radeon settings are not opening.

Windows 10 updated the amd driver after I freshly installed amd drivers from official website.

Before the update, amd settings were opening.

If you're sure that Windows updated the driver, you should be able to fix this with a clean install of the latest AMD drivers. You may also be able to roll back to the previous driver, reboot, and be able to open the Radeon Settings again.
