Do you have any built-in Graphic Card as well? like I have one from HP.

Yes I have an Intel card installed too but it isn't being used because I don't know how to enabled dual GPU's, I'm running a TUF B365M-PLUS GAMING motherboard right now.

I would first run GPU-Z and see if your AMD driver is installed correctly and OpenGL API is enabled for your GPU Card.

If it is enabled than I would suggest you look in your Rendering 3D software to see if you have OpenGL enabled.

What programs are you using for 3D Rendering?

In Radeon Setting make sure any settings concerning OpenGL is enabled.

Here are the general specs for your GPU Card. It supports OpenGL 4.6: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-5600-xt.c3474
