All R7 Series GPU cards are now considered to be Legacy without any more AMD Driver updates.

Here is the last AMD Driver update for your R7 350 GPU card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r7-series/amd-radeon-r7-300-series/amd-radeon-r7-...

See if that helps with all of your games. I wouldn't go by Radeon Software to determine if it meets the requirements of a game.

Instead click on one of these Gaming Website to determine which games you can play at which level of Resolution:

yeah but i already update the driver to the latest update so i think when i read on internet there might be 3 problem
1. the driver is too glitchy or bugged
2. my power supply is not strong enough to carry the gpu
3. maybe there a corrupted files on my windows

according to this PSU website for GPUs the R7 250 GPU card requires a minimum PSU of 380 Watts to run a PC with the GPU card installed.

The R7 350 requires a minimum of 400 Watt PSU if installed in a PC.

You can check to see if the PSU is the issue by downloading the free diagnostic program called OCCT and use its PSU Stress test to check your PSU.  While the test is running check the PSU Output voltages. All should be within 5% -/+ tolerances and GPU & CPU Temperatures to see if overheating is causing your crashing during heavy loads.

Also run both the CPU and  GPU stress test to see if anything abnormal shows up during the testing.

You also need to have the latest version of Windows installed and fully updated via Windows Update.

Run in a elevated Command Prompt the following simple command SFC /scannow to check your Windows OS for corruption or missing core files.

You can also install a previous AMD Driver and see if it works better from here for your R7 350: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-r7-series/amd-radeon-r7-300-seri...

Already install the latest driver and i have tried to reinstall the driver so its not the driver problem.... it might be my power supply or windows then...

What were the processor's temperature and your PSU Outputs?

Run OCCT's PSU Test which runs both CPU and GPU Stress test at the same time and check for Temperature and PSU Outputs and any other abnormal readings.
