When i always start installing the latest update v18.11.2 for Amd radeon hd 8790m on my dell laptop E6540 it always freezes at the middle of install or sometimes shows a blue screen and the GPU is always gets too Hot.and i've used all the ways but it didn't worked.Please what to do?

it looks like the new drivers have an issue with all GCN 1st generation cards,  7XXX, 8xxx, and a few later cards such as the R9 280x & 280

I would say place a ticket

You should update the bios
