Hello I'm trying to play a game on my Desktop Pavilion 23 with windows 10 i had to update my graphics driver AMD Radeon HD 8400 to the R3 i do this the graphics are fine on the game but now my windows 10 is lagging everything besides the game including the mouse anyone know how to fix this issue please?
