From at least a week, I am hearing an high-pitched sound coming from the notebook (hp pavilion dv6) and it sounds like a coil whine. Is there any way to solve this issue or at least reduce the noise?

Would be unusual for a weak card to cause coil whine, but there is really nothing you can do about it without voiding your warranty.

I don't think the warranty is still usable, the PC is quite old. I don't

really know if that's a coil whine, the sound is very high-pitched. The

stante thing is that if i try to run a game the sound usually stops After

few minutes
