Hello. I have problem with videocard(AMD radeon 7650M).When videocards driver turn on during windows 10 booting display blue screen(STOP CODE: VIDEO TDR FAILURE, what is failed: atikmpag.sys). and this problem displays in all windows editions.  i cant understand it is hardware problem or software. please help me

Go find DDU and then use the drivers on windows update, this way at least the right ones for your hardware will be found
