AMD R5 M330 Not work!

Hi. My Laptop model is Lenovo Lancer 5B2. This laptop works with AMD A6 CPU and Radeon R4 default graphics card. While it has to switch on the Radeon R5 M330 graphics card and run programs with this graphics card. I even installed the R5 M330 driver for Windows 10 x64bit and repaired Windows once to overwrite all "sys32" folder files. But it still did not make a difference and it is still working on R4. Is there a way I can launch the original graphics card?

In the task manager and performance section, all diagrams are displayed on R4. But only temperature is shown on R5. please help me!

The R5 will only operate with 3D apps/games. There's nothing you can adjust on it. If you have the switch to the R5 and selected it to run programs it will but only 3D based ones like certain apps and all games. In any case, it's not a "gaming" laptop so performance won't be stellar if at all on some titles. Try contacting Lenovo for further info or service.
