Hello Everyone, I recently installed Cyberlink Powerdirector 18 on my desktop after a fresh installation of Windows 10 Pro-64 bit. Unfortunelately working in Powerdirector is really slow at the moment. Only Precutting and Trimming clips takes a long time. (about 2-3 minutes) The imported clips are DV-AVI files that I captured with PD18. Some of them are more than 20 minutes long. Even after Hardware optimalisation by PD settings. (BTW there is only a 5 to 10 % usage of the CPU at those moments so that couldn't be the issue I suppose) I am considering to update the Graphics Card on my desktop. Too gain some speed. Can any one give an advice what would make a real improvement ? (pricerange about € 150,- ) The specs of my desktop are: Motherboard: Asus P6X58D-E (2010) CPU: I7-950, 24 GB RAM DDR3 Disks: SSD 250GB for software, SSD 480GB for data. Actual Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 5670 (1GB, 1GHz, G3D benchmark 1087) PCi Express 2.1 Two 24" displays: HP 2475LW. Best regards
