Adrenaline download does not finish, says partially downloaded. My game will no longer load properly and I keep getting the BSOD! Help

I have downloaded, disabled, installed everything in the troubleshooting guide. The BSOD happens at least once a week, my game cannot be played to the point I am ready to quit. I have searched for my graphics info to no avail. I am supposed to have the AsusTek 1043 but it cannot be found. I am on windows 8.1 and use Opera as my browser. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You cannot use Adrenaline drivers, AMD driver support for win8.1 ended July 2017.

Need info if laptop/desktop pc, apu model and/or gpu model to suggest last driver available.
