I just got my XFX reference 7900xt from bestbuy last night.
I am getting no display when betting up the system.
My 6900xt works fine. When I swap them back it's boots with no issues.
I have tried:
Resetting cmos
Updating mb bios
Uninstalling current driver and booting with no drivers installed.
Installing 7900xt drivers with my 6900xt in system then swapping to the 7900xt.
Disconnecting and reconnecting ram and cpu.
Tried both hdmi and dp ports.
Below is my current listed build minus the gpu.
Hyte y60 case
Msi b550 tomahawk mag mb
32 gb ddr4 3200mhz gskill ram
Ryzen 9 5950x
Zoomflo cpu aio
1000watt aresgame psu
500gb wdblack nvme ssd
Samsung 980 1tb ssd
Barracuda 4tb hdd.
Running windows 10 pro.
I am stuck and wondering if maybe I got a DOA 7900xt?
Any ideas or help greatly appreciated.
