hm what is that monitoring tool? ive never seen ,,temp jonc gpu".
82 degree is good on the other hand. if that jonc really is memory junction, there might be something wrong with your card.

get hwinfo64, let the card run and repost. my guess its that its a false reading from your tool.

This is the AMD software monitoring tool.
I saw that by default the ventilation curve did not exceed 48%, I went up to 65%, it allowed me to reduce the junction temperature by 10 degrees.

your fans are spinning to slow apparently ... check your fan curve and it should be ok then

if its a reference model, return it. there are faulty rnda3 reference models with has design flaws with their coolers.

No, it's not a reference model, it's a custom model (RED DEVIL from Powercolor)

Undervolt for a little will help you reduce temperature alot. Easy in Adrenaline.

I finally returned the card which is struggling to lower the temperature despite a fan pushed to the bottom emitting an unacceptable noise.
