7800hd series cooler fan turns on only at 100% speed when card overheats, works for about 10 sec and turns off. Manual control works only 0% or 100% speed. Heat\Speed curve dont exist in Adrenalin software. Updating Adrenalin and drivers didnt help. MSI Afterburner dont see the card, GPU-Z crashes on lunch so i guess it dont see it too. In internets lots of people have same issues with 7800HD series.
Any way to fix this or this is some hardware malfunction and require repair?
