6900xt performing worse than my 1060...

Just bought my new pc which cost nearly £2000 and contains a 6900xt GPU 5600X CPU 16gb ram etc... 

The system is running Day z with under 60 fps on medium settings in 1440p???? Its worse than my old 1060??? Please help

After the recent update, I can't even use my 2nd monitor. As soon as I plug it in, it says no input detected and then my 1st display begins to freeze intermittently. Really starting about digging into my savings to switch to NVIDIA to avoid crap like this.
