6700xt Support

I had a problem yesterday where I couldn't get my 6700xt to run any more than 50FPS in Warzone and F1 2020.

This issue as now been sorted by going into the Radeon Software - Performance - Tuning Control -(Change to Manual) - GPU Tuning (Change to Manual) -  Advanced Control (Change to 'On') -  Move the 'Max Frequency' Slider to 2424mhz which increases the Core Clock from 500mhz to the recommended Game Clock of 2424mhz.

It may also help to increase the Power Limit if needed and also adding these settings to as a Game Profile or Global Graphics Settings.

It seems when you install a new or latest driver this gets set back to 500mhz.

Hope this helps!!

Did you report it using the AMD Bug Reporting Tool at the very top right of the Adrenalin 2020 GUI/UI?

Note the Bug Reporting Tool will trawl your PC for Data.

There is no opt out to that.

However it is the only way to report a bug to AMD.

More info here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/amdbrt

You can try email support here as well:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact
There is a "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page.
It points here:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

They will likely tell you to run the Bug Reporting Tool though.

Thanks.

Hi there

I reported it yesterday morning on the Bug Reporting Tool around 9:00am to 10:00am

After trying everything the night before and reinstalling windows yesterday as I thought it was DX error I found a thread on Reddit and gave it a try which worked.

Thanks for reporting the bug.
Please mark your answer as correct.
