Hello I purchased a prebuilt pc from Best Buy back in early September of 2021. This is the pc specs:
GPU: ASRock Challenger Series 6700xt
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (Water cooled)
Motherboard: ASRock B550M-C
RAM: 16GB DDR4
PSU: Apevia ATX-PR800W (800 watts)
Storage: Western Digital 1TB SSD, Seagate BaraCuda 8TB HHD
What happens is the GPU crashes and sends my monitor into sleep. I look at the GPU Fans to see if they are still spinning and they are not. So this means that the GPU fully shut itself off. I hope someone has a solution for this because this is the 3rd 6700xt that I am on and it still doesn’t work.
