6600xt GPU Scaling makes CSGO weird

Hi, I just bought a 6600xt, I play 4:3 and when I want to ALT-TAB it takes close to 3s to tab in and out, it's so annoying, I can fix this problem by enabling GPU scaling (same as Nvidia for alt-tabbing faster you need to enable GPU scaling) but when I enable GPU scaling it makes my game look so weird and sharp as hell, any solution?

The same thing happens to me, in my RX590, When I active Gpu scalling, the crosshair in the game looks so weird.

Did u find a solution?
