6600xt and 3 monitor issue

6700xt. 3 TV screens.  

 

Screen 1 and 2 show recommended resolution. 3rd screen shows lower recommended resolution.

 

Screen 1 is Displayport to HDMI. Screen 2 HDMI to HDMI. 3rd screen is Displayport to HDMI. Not sure what to do. Third screen is never showing the same recommended resolution as other two. All three TVs exactly the same. Any ideas? Even in eyefinity when I bring it up, the third screen is showing lower resolution.

Try using a native display connection for your third display, eg DP to DP.

The issue is likely caused by your use of an unsupported adapter DP > HDMI, hence you can't get the correct resolution.

Thank you. The only issue is I have DP to HDMI (TV only has HDMI). I did buy an active DPI switch so hoping that will help.

Try moving the cables around to see if the issue follows the cable.
