Download and run GPU-Z to make sure your HD 6500 series GPU is a HD6570.
That GPU series and GPU card are not supported by AMD with updated drivers anymore. So if the 2 available drivers which were the last drivers for your GPU card don't work you are out of luck and need to upgrade your GPU card to one that is supported by AMD.
