Good day/night everyone. I have 2 problems with 5700xt.

1. The video card is very hot. For example, in the metro in the first cutscene (in the first minute), the temperature reaches about 110 degrees and the video card simply turns off. Increased the speed of FUN, as in the screenshot - still warms up to 100 degrees. Put more - the turbine is very noisy and the wind is strong.
Is it better to immediately install a different cooling system?

2. in Device Manager issues:

Games work. I installed different drivers. Reinstalling windows didn't help. the problem has been going on for a year, I was hoping that new drivers will fix the situation. But with the new drivers, everything is the same. What to do?
