I noticed my 4k videos were stuttering a bit which should not happen on a card as powerful as the 5700XT. If i open task manager while a video is playing over 1440p I see the video encode at 80% or more. I disabled hardware acceleration and voila, no more stuttering. I hate AMD drivers so much.....I have also been having issues with stuttering....
