5700XT - Black Rain / Flickering Effect.

I have the Sapphire Nitro+ 5700XT, and when playing certain games, I get this ?Black Rain? style effect. It happens at random and is sometimes good, sometimes unbearable.

I have managed to work out that (so far) it is only occurring in some Frostbite 3 engine games; Battlefield V, Battlefield 1, ME: Andromeda. -- However I have not seen it in Star Wars: Squadrons.

It doesn't happen in other games like Red Dead Redemption 2, Flight Sim 2020, Cyberpunk 2077, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 & 2.

My PC is updated to the latest Windows 10, currently running AMD 20.8.1, but this has been happening for quite some time.

Ryzen 2700X, 16gb RAM.

I have no overclocks of any kind in place and I am running default fan curves. In ME:A and BF:V my CPU doesn't exceed 60-65 degrees, and the GPU is about 75 (Junction of `90) degrees.

Occurs if I run off an SSD or HDD. I have tried different monitors, with a mix of HDMI and DP connections. I have done a AMD DDU and reinstall, and even a fresh format of all drives with no success.

These issues occur regardless of resolution or graphics settings in game.

Attached is a screenshot from my video as well as the video itself...

If anyone is able to help or shed any light on this it would be great.

Thanks in advance.unknown_2021.08.21-18.36.jpg
