I had a RTX 2080 and it was lag free, now when I play with 5700 XT I have a massive lag at the very start then everything is smooth after that? What gives?
I've used DDU to uninstall all NVIDIA drivers from safe mode then installed new 5700 XT AMD 2020 drivers...??

Sapphire Pulse 5700XT
G skills tridentZ 3200 MHZ
Asus Crosshair VI
Everything worked flawlessly with my old RTX 2080 but with the new 5700XT I seem to have stutters?
What are your settings for global settings / display?
