5700 xt Black screen crash, then drivers uninstall themselves.

Iv had about 2 crashes in the past hour and a half where my screen goes black while gaming. I can still hear the game but cant close it. My Radeon software and my drivers uninstall or become corrupt not sure. I have used DDU to uninstall the drivers just to reinstall and have the same thing happen again. Really at a loss here, iv seen people say using DDU to uninstall in safe mode and doing a fresh install works but I'm just ending up back where i started. Plz help i don't want to pay some insane price for a Nvidia card and call it a day. 

My setup is:
ASUS B550-B
RX 5700 XT THICC III
Ryzen 5 5600x
16 GB RAM

I got the same problem happening with my RX 580 8gb. always happens when i play Csgo and i also cant seem to find a fix for it.

The Last thing i will maybe try is putting the GPU out of the pc cleaning contacts and then reinstall it inb the pc.

 

If you have allready found a fix though pls HELP!
