When installing the driver, the screen discolours, going a green hue, and my mouse pointer stops moving. After a few seconds, my system reboots. Once the password screen is about to show up after reboot my machine reboots again.
I'm stuck in a reboot loop with the 19.7.1 driver and can only get out of it by putting in an older GCN card.
Should I just RMA this card or has anyone seen this and fixed it with software?
Specs:
Windows 10 1903
Radeon 19.7.1 driver
Radeon 5700 XT card
ASUS ROG Strix-E X570 7010 BIOS
Ryzen 9 3900X
Crucial 32Gb 3200 RAM
New driver 19.7.4 out today!
I am seeing more stability but still running a little bit hot 75-80c!
Temperatures are better when I under-volt and raise the fan curve, but sometimes Radeon resets my WattMan settings(annoying)
I cannot run in GEN4 yet still in GEN3 on my Asrock X570 PCIE bus
I did the AMD DDU tool and reinstalled 19.7.4 driver plus reinstalled AMD chipset drivers directly from AMD.
Good luck everyone!
Touching wood here, but it seems like the latest AGESA update (1.0.0.3abb) seems to have fixed my cold booting issues. Previously I would need to have 2 or 3 booting attempts to get into windows.
Same issue, green screen and reboot.
