Have a 5600 newly installed , full model MSI RADEON RX 5600 XT MECH OC
GPU is highly unstable and unreliable. When i install drivers i am immediately limited to 1200x900 resolution (wont even show higher), i can get a 4k resolution if i uninstall gpu driver and rollback everything (so in a way installing driver is worse 
).
What i could find about the issue is that in the device manager on events tab of the display adapter, i see
Device configured(oem7.inf) (sometimes it is 6 or 5 after repeated restarts)
Device not started (amdkmdag) error, another thing i notice is that pc takes forever (at least 30-40 sec) to power down (motherboard power down) after the windows is shut down.
Strangely on the general tab it says device is working properly
Driver version is 27.20.12029.1000 (dated 9-9-2020) which is the recommended version, i tried other version as well, same result. I managed to get it work somehow at start and then later on and off but is it highly unstable.
Does anyone know the reason and solution to this?
