AMD Graphics Card
Driver version installed
So, it seems when ever I update windows 10 my 2nd monitor isnt recognized. This happened last year as well but I cant remember what I did. All drivers have been uninstalled - reinstalled. I have uninstalled the drivers in safe mode, restarted etc etc.
My memory, slightly remembers doing something different to fix the problem but I cant for the life of me remember what I did. It had nothing to do with the drivers, but either way, when I try to fix this problem, the graphics card will disable and then the windows graphics card will take over.
I get error code 43 for the device manager properties of the driver for the radeon 5450 driver.
Monitors comes up as "Generic PnP Monitor" even though its not a generic monitor.
During start up the 2nd monitor will show the Windows Loading emblem, as well the circular loading emblem however once the sign in screen pops up, the 2nd monitor goes blank. One little interesting thing, the 2nd monitor recognizes its on because the white light remains lite.

We have updated the title of this discussion with relevant details to better describe your issue.
I also get this on start-up even though I have updated everything!
Catalyst Software Suite 15.7.1
Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta
Were the drivers I installed.
What version if Windows 10 - Anniversary Update or Creators Update ?
before I had these issues i had the latest update to Windows 10 before the creators edition!
I updated to the creators edition yesterday and then this problem started! After thinking this might be the creators edition that caused this problem I reverted back to the previous Windows 10 edition and the problem still remained!
I have ran a driver program and it comes back that the driver is faulty!
What driver program are you referring to ?
It seem all - 15.7, 16.2 and I got advised to do 15.1 and same thing. The next option is to re-install windows and I refuse to do that.
What is the error code displayed in the Device Manager ? Please attach a screen shot of the device manager with the display adapters node expanded.
