I built a 1950 thread-ripper machine, 1000W, 64gb ram, win 10 pro, 960 Pro M.2 drive, that had a 1080ti graphics card. The graphics card died and I replaced it with a Radeon VII. Feeling froggy I got a second Radeon VII but to my surprise when I did a new bench marked with the second graphics card installed my scores dropped a ton. 50-60% less performance out of every category. Anyone have some tips on how to optimize the machine to get the full performance cranking out?
