144hz Monitor locked to 60hz after installing Adrenalin 2020 software (19.12.2). Unable to access "Display Adapter Properties" in Windows Settings

Hello AMD community,

I recently updated my 5700XT's drivers to AMD's new Adrenalin 2020 software (19.12.2)

Everything was running nicely until I noticed my monitor not being at 60hz. Radeon tells me that my game is running at 144hz but my monitor is physically locked at 60hz and I can't change the hz value in windows settings. This problem only occurred after installing Adrenalin 2020.

So 19.12.2 had a number of bugs, try clean installing 19.12.3.

Download/save the full driver pkg direct from amd driver page, use latest vers. of DDU to uninstall old drivers, then install new driver from downloaded/saved pkg..
