Hello. I have a problem with an AMD RX 6700 XT graphics card. Recently I have had the problem that my graphics card occasionally goes to 99% utilization during normal Windows 10 operation. This also happens when I open my internet browser and the graphics card goes to 99% capacity. Games that I could play before are no longer playable and only have FPS drops, but I can no longer play most games since installing AMD Adrenalin Edition. My question is, is it just an AMD Adrenalin Edition driver error or could it be something else?
