radeon hd 5450 dual monitor with yellow tint on second display

Radeon HD 5450 with DVI to dual VGA splitter, with the second output having developed a yellow tint.  Second output feeds a projector, monitor and flat screen.  Has worked for several yeas until this week.

Damaged/loose cable/adaptor/splitter or pins, recalibrate affected monitor, or card starting to fail ?
