I bought a new computer. Image freezes when trying to install Windows. Although in BIOS everything works fine as much as necessary, but it is worth starting the installation and after a few seconds the picture freezes. Plus, the motherboard emits signals about a problem with the video card.

This is a new card. Psu working absolutely normal. I'll try to test the card on another system in the next couple of days. I hope there is a problem in the video card, it is still under warranty
I think you are experiencing all we're experiencing, i've simular issues with my rx580, don't let the return time/warranty expire if u have these problem, just return the card trust me
These types of freeze errors are generally not GPU related. Reset the BIOS to factory settings and try Windows setup without changing any settings. If you built the system, make sure the RAMs are connected to the correct location with the mobo manual document. A new system often freezes due to RAM, not PSU or GPU ...
