just added a 2nd rx480 8GB and in my Wattman, it will not recognie its there aven tho the fans are supiing up and everythingm pleae if you know of this issue.

this is not my 1st PC and I would like to get it working as this is BS, I got it in the 2nd slot below main GUP and all power connex are fine, can anyone tell me what the problem might me?

Is your PSU at least 650 Watts? PSU REQUIREMENTS - RealHardTechX 

It will help if you posted your computer's hardware and software including Windows and AMD Versons.

What is the speed of the second PCIe slot on your motherboard? is PCIe x 16- x16 or x8 or x4?
