Will AMD make a new Low Profile GPU?

I am curious if AMD will make a new gen of Low Profile single slot GPU like the 6400.

With SteamOS , Bazzite OS and ChimeraOS allowing people to build their own Livingroom gaming PC to have that "Console Like" experience. More people want that small form factor experience. It would make sense to see a new generation of Low Profile GPU's.

Not likely on an AMD reference model.

However partners may develop a low profile solution, particularly for OEMs if there is demand.

For example, a low profile Intel B580 card has been spotted.

I really hope AMD makes another low profile GPU and many more in the future.

There is a 'hidden' community of PC gamers who are wanting a low budget SFF PC setup, and probably will save up for the various tiers of gaming quality.

Not only does the RX 6400 has low TDP, AMDs driver settings are helpful when pushing the card as much as you can for right gaming experience you are looking for. I'm reluctant to switch to an RTX 3050 6GB...

I only wished it was 6GB rather than than 4GB it comes as standard, or even better an 8GB version!

I've commented a similar post some time ago. I believe low profile GPUs wont be around much more, specially from AMD, you now have powerful iGPU on the way. After Strix Point going toe to toe with a 4060 having a dGPU like the 6400 is not appealing.

SFF builds will rely on APU and be substancially smaller.

Completely see where you are coming from, and iGPUs are getting significantly better in some cases. I'm looking forward to the opportunity one day to use these for gaming.

However looking at a price per performance perspective, they usually are pricey. Also, it makes people question thier current setup, weather it becomes redundant or non upgradable in terms of value for money as a whole.

I agree though iGPUs are the future, possibly cloud/server GPUs are going to next best thing for gaming but until they become sensibly affordable, there are some people out there who will want to use their existing setup and upgrade it time to time, hence why they won't be shy to pay for low profile upgrades.
