Received an EPYX 7742 tray CPU which has no blue plastic carrier around it to instal, vendor says he doesn't have it & will not return, Can someone help me?
EDIT: But if you purchased a OEM Tray Processor than the Vendor will have the Warranty and not AMD. But you can verify this by opening a AMD Warranty Request from above link. AMD might give you advice on where to find one or maybe they will send you one as a courtesy otherwise you are at the mercy of your Vendor.
