It is just like the writer is about finishing a book and sends it to the publishers before publishing. The publishers might put further suggestions to the writer to ask him/her to fix some errata or make necessary changes to the manuscript. In very rare situations, the original manuscript would be directly printed to the final one. The QS/ES, Engineering Sample, is just like that manuscript, and the retail processor is just like the printed book you can get from amazon.

Just because the number of QS/ES processor is limited, so its price varies among different factors which is not concerned by me. The retail, tray or boxed version, is good.
