what is the best version for windows 10 if a use a amd a10 786k with the apu

Hi all
My question is this
I have the windows 10 with the 1703 version, until now it is the version with which I have had more stability because once I try to install the version of April of last year but the functions of the hard disk were 100%, as I did not seem return to the previous version, I also have the version 18.5.1 of the drivers of the apu, my two questions are:
Is it better to update windows 10 to the latest version and also the video drivers? or with the drivers there will not be many changes?

1709 and 1803 are both stable builds, so I would use 1803 to get the maximum life before Microsoft makes you update again.

As for video drivers, you don't have to use the latest ones if they don't fix issues you are having (if you have issues)3

Also, if you're using a no name brand PSU with a FX-9590, you're asking for an explosion.
