  What is PAExec and why did you install it?

goodplay appears to be correct, it's DDU related.

Take a look at this twitter post : Ter on Twitter: "@Wagnard why does DDU install the paexec service?"

A process checker site mentions it several times re ddu (30 others), but if OP can't track what it belongs to, maybe run a virus/malware scan.
