Upcoming Zen 3 still with AMD Platform Security Processor (PSP)?

Greetings from Europe is there a real chance to get rid of the NSA backdoors in upcoming Hardware like Zen 3 or should we still have to wait years until RISC V processors (maybe produced by european companies like NXP or Infineon) are replacing this kind of stuff you produce?

If most of you don't know what I'm talking about look at this:

I'm maybe a dreamer but it would be nice to also support one day the following projects to get real control of our hardware back:

Libreboot

coreboot

Sorry but it's time to gain trust in your customers back (that also includes Intel for sure).
