Greetings. I was emailed a product key from NewEgg during the promotion where I would get a code for Civ 6 after a qualifying purchase. I tried to redeem it online and was told in an email that the wholesaler should have sent me a code.
So I did it again and attached a proof of purchase because I may have forgotten to the first time around to see if that would work. I got an email back regarding my first ticket 390626 that I should have gotten a code from NewEgg for it. I still have not heard back regarding my second ticket # 391905 and I'm hoping it wasnt closed because my previous ticket # was addressed.
What should I do?
Hi Ray I attached a screen shot of my invoice number and product from
NewEgg on my second ticket I sent in. I can try to get another screen shot
with more info sent over later today. Should I put in another support
