Hi
I have recently setup two new freesync monitors. I have them in extended mode. Been trying to get AMD Freesync to work on the primary display. I have the displayport 1.2 and AMD Freesync activated in the monitors OSD but the AMD Crimson software still says that AMD Freesync is not supported. I have switched the displayport to the second monitor and activated displayport and freesync on it then restarted nothing. Tried just hooking one monitor up at a time via the displayport and restarting after I turned on displayport and freesync. Did that with both monitors. Installed the latest monitor drivers. Disabled crossfire then restarted still nothing. Below you will find my pc setup. Thanks in advance.

That monitor does not support FreeSync via HDMI, only DisplayPort.
Viewsonic VX2457-mhd 24 inch, Entertainment & Gaming Monitor
And the HD 7970 does not support FreeSync
Hello again,
I do know the monitor doesn't support freesync via HDMI. I only want one display to use freesync, the one connected via the display port. I have tried uninstalling the 7970 and booting the system with just the 290X and the Radeon settings still doesn't display that the monitor connected via display port is able to use freesync. I am at a loss.
Thank in advance
