Sounds frustrating! Since TPM shows enabled in BIOS but Windows isn’t detecting it, it might be a driver or firmware glitch. You could try updating your BIOS and chipset drivers from HP’s site — sometimes that helps Windows recognize the TPM properly. Also, double-check if there’s a firmware TPM (fTPM) setting that needs to be switched from "Discrete" to "Firmware" mode.
