stuttering 6900xt, ryzen 7 5800x

Greetings to all.
I have a problem with pc, stuttering in any games.
My build configuration: RX6900XT Red Devil, Ryzen 7 5800x, 16GB Ram, PSU Fractal Design 860w Platinum
Asus Rog Strix B550 XE GAMING WIFI Motherboard
I tried to install different drivers. I put stable frequencies in Adrenalin.
Changed settings in programs, MorePowerToll, disabled UPLS, SysMain services.
I fully configured and tried different Windows OC (10/11.)
, installed different versions of bios, chipset, disabled SAM, installed stable processor parts in RyzenMaster.
But none of the above did not help
I also disabled FreeSync, but that didn't help either.
Please help me, I will be very grateful

Why GPU drivers are you using?

I tried different drivers now it costs 21.4.1

Are you running separate cables from the PSU to the GPU? When you tried other drivers did you use a utility like AMD Cleanup Utility or DDU? What is your RAM speed? Are you running a single RAM dimm or are you running in dual channel? What type of drive are you using to play your games?
