I have a couple of questions if someone more knowledgeable can help me I would appreciate it.
My pc specs are GPU: RX 5700 CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 RAM: 16Gb. As for the internet Download is around 583Mbps, Upload 58Mbps ping is 8
Now I'm streaming on Trovo using OBS and I saw the new encoder they put with the lates update, the AMD HW H.265(HEVC)
When I try to use it the only thing i stream is some random grey background.
The other encoder they put it is AMD HW H.264, now with this one the problem is when I play high motion games or anything with a lot of camera movement (APEX, League to name a few) the stream becomes blurry and pixelated, it's like the quality downgrades to around 480p.
Now the B-frames I read somewhere that only people using 6000 gpus can use it so the only question I have here is that true?
I would appreciate if someone can help me with this
