STARDUST TEST kit for FT5

Hi AMD,
I would like to confirm all test stuff to FT5 STARDUST TEST.
I'd like to know how connect my bord to ALM.
I watched the E-learning video "Pollock FT5 SDLE introduction ". So I understood to connect  ALM to SDLE Main unit ,but don't understand to connect ALM to My Board ...

I use socket Interposer on my board right.(I know FT5 to SDLE2 Rev A AI Socket Interposer is under development) 
And I use the  FT4 AI Socket –(P/N:10369) to connect interporser  Right?

FT4 AI Socket is included in SDLE2 ALM with FT5 Socket kit ?

Could you please send me kit picture and it's name.
I am confused about what I need to STARDUST TEST.
