Hi guys i recently purchased my Asus RX 570 and noticed my system is acting a little laggy especially when playing certain games and even dragging windows around so i am curious if formatting/resetting my system would fix this issue because when i was using my old GTX 1050 Ti before installing this card a few days ago everything was running smoothly so i am just curious if i do this would it be smooth again?
