AMD has made a misleading statement on the 9000 series FSR 4 page regarding S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl and other Gamepass titles. Since the Adrenaline software does not allow users to add Microsoft titles, it is not possible to activate FSR 4 for Gamepass games like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. There should be a warning or asterisk on all relevant pages to inform users about this limitation.
