Hi,

I have a internet -café with windows 10 updated  - ryzen  3 2200g setup with ecs and msi a320 motherboard.There is a random black screen that is happening on our client pc usually once, twice a week and sometimes once a day which is frustrating if your or someone is in game playing. All are updated as well on the latest driver which is the adrenalin but still random black screen occurs on our pc. Please advise or is there a solution for this issue?

my pc client internet cafe:

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G @ 3298.05 MHz - CPU-Z VALIDATOR

temporary solution that works is:

unplug then plug again monitor cable in motherboard's VGA port.
