My desktop restarts every so often if i use it for an extended period of time

I have linked it with overclocking my GPU fan with MSI Afterburner. It hadn't happened before and I was wondering if there was a way to run my computer for longer periods of time without it restarting with no warning.

My current assumption is that it has to do with power draw, or that wall outlet shorts out sometimes.

Graphics:RX 480 2gb

CPU:FX 4350

MB:GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev 6.0)
