I don't think it's a good idea to post this here since AMD implemented a BIOS signature checker (probably because they knew the RX 460 would be discovered as a RX 480M) which requires the use of 16.11 drivers or modded ReLive drivers, both of which render you SOL if the game or service requires the latest drivers to even launch.
